This is a high profile and exciting role where you can make a real difference to national services and local delivery. The Single Digital Presence is a major strategic programme funded by Arts Council England and being delivered by the British Library. As our content strategist, you’ll shape and deliver this exciting new service alongside a Head of Delivery, senior product lead, interaction designer, user researcher, content strategist and a technical lead, as well as with strategic partners and agencies to boost our capability when required. It’s essential that you enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team, have experience in developing digital products and services, and are enthusiastic about the prospect of influencing the future of the library sector. Public Library users are among the most diverse universal service users in the UK, benefiting from free access to reading material, wifi, tech, business support, children’s activities, literacy development, health and wellbeing offersand much much more and we're passionate about their ability to change lives.
